Please do not put your Nancy & Frank bag in the washing machine. Our bags have a water-resistant lining and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

To clean your Nancy & Frank simply use a soft, damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.

Our bags have been designed with functionality in mind but please note that overloading your bag may result in excessive stress on the straps and damage in this way would constitute misuse.

Although we use premium hardware on all of our products, this may fade over time, especially in areas of heavy use.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by normal everyday wear and tear, improper use, neglect, accidental damage, rubbing or scuffing, water damage or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
